I have purchased this set of watercolor sketchbooks multiple times. They are budget friendly and in my opinion a lot better quality than other budget friendly watercolor paper.I think the size is great for daily practice. I like that each page is perforated so I can tear it out if I want. The paper is thick with a rough texture and can actually take up to several layers without getting overworked. My watercolors dry evenly and true to color.I also like a spiral pad because it lays flat.I don’t have any complaints about this watercolorJournal. I enjoy using it and will continue buying it.

Durable. The paper is thick and slow to absorbsion which is great, good for wet on wet and wet on dry. Texture is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for any type of watercolor technique. Can't stop painting on them!

I like using these books as art journals, both watercolour and for mixed media - it holds up well for acrylic and collage. This size is also a perfect size for my small gel plate and has been the best paper I've encountered so far for good monoprint pulls. I appreciate the perforations that make it easy to rip out pages. The paper does "pill" a bit when I use acrylic markers.
