These terms apply to your use of funtoart.com and purchases from FUNTO. Please read them together with our Shipping, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy policies.

Using the store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian where permitted. Do not use the store for unlawful purposes, infringe the rights of others, interfere with security, or submit malicious code.

Products, prices and availability

We aim to describe products and display colours accurately, but screen settings may affect their appearance. Prices, availability, and product descriptions may change. The price, currency, shipping charges, and any taxes shown at checkout should be reviewed before ordering.

If we identify a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. Nothing in these terms removes rights relating to inaccurate descriptions or faulty goods.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details, and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Orders are subject to payment verification and stock availability. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or a material pricing error. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, we will arrange the applicable refund.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy explains processing times, charges, delivery estimates, and shipment support. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains return conditions, costs, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations. These policies form part of the purchase terms.

Intellectual property

The FUNTO name, branding, website content, and other protected materials belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the store for personal shopping and reference. Commercial reproduction or use of protected content requires permission or another lawful basis.

Reviews, artwork and submissions

Only submit content you have the right to share, and do not include unlawful, misleading, or infringing material. You remain responsible for your submissions. We may moderate content that violates these terms.

Specific artwork campaigns, creator partnerships, or product-idea submissions may have separate terms. Any permission to use content in advertising should be addressed through the relevant submission or permission process; these general terms do not substitute for that process.

Third-party services and links

Shopify hosts the store, and other providers may support payment, delivery, and related services. Third-party websites and optional services have their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms when using them.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and how to contact us about privacy requests.

Website availability and responsibility

We work to keep the store accurate and available, but temporary interruptions or errors can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the store or matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Updates and resolving concerns

We may revise these terms and will show the latest revision date above. Updated terms apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. If you have a concern about a purchase, contact support@funtoart.com so that we can try to resolve it. Your mandatory rights and access to any applicable legal remedies are unaffected.
