Paper is thick enough to blend watercolors also works well with markers. Was bought for a tween and she loves it.

I’m slowly teaching myself watercolor & good paper is important. This is not the best but I’m finding it’s doing pretty good with watercolors for the price. Especially since everything I do is practice. I can’t afford to use the best paper at this beginning stage & this is the best substitute so far
