✅ Return Requirements

  • Returns accepted within 30 days from delivery date
  • Product and packaging must be intact, unused, with no torn protective film (for non-quality issues)
  • Returns without prior communication will not be accepted

  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item and send tracking number to support@funtoart.com
  4. Refund processed after warehouse confirms receipt

💵 Refund Policy

Refunds issued via original payment method. For non-defect returns:

  • Only item cost refunded (shipping fees not refunded)
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs

🔄 Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and repurchase once the refund is processed.
