Watercolor Friday: Paint a Little Portrait of Yourself
For this Watercolor Friday session, the FUNTO team painted little avatars to represent ourselves. Some began with a face; others leaned on color, a familiar detail or a playful shape.

Try Your Own Small Portrait
- Choose one detail that feels like you: glasses, a hairstyle, a favorite hat or a color you often wear.
- Sketch a simple shape on a small sheet. A few lines are enough to begin.
- Add two or three colors, leaving some paper visible. Let watercolor dry before adding sharper marks.
- Put the portraits together and notice how differently everyone approached the same prompt.

Supplies from the Session
Our original supply list included the POCKET Saddle Pouch Watercolor Kit – 9 Colors and a walnut watercolor set. The current EXPLORER Walnut Watercolor Kit – 8 or 15 Colors offers 8- and 15-color options; check the selected option for its contents.
