Sales tax is applied in accordance with the regulations of your state. If your state mandates the collection of sales tax and your purchase is being shipped to a location within that state, the appropriate tax will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Funto is committed to providing quality shipping services to our global customers. However, due to factors such as natural disasters, holidays, and local customs clearance, shipping times may be subject to delays. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at support@funtoart.com. Warehouse Locations: Currently, we only support markets in the United States, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, and Spain. Shipping to other markets is temporarily unavailable, but we are working to expand our coverage. We have warehouses in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. If you purchase multiple items, they may be shipped separately in rare cases. Currently, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all U.S. postal boxes in the U.S. market. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 8 hours and shipped out within 24 hours. However, processing times may be longer during holidays or promotional periods. Shipping Times: We currently offer a standard shipping service for a flat fee of $6.99 per order, regardless of the number of packages. Free shipping is available for orders totaling $49 or more. United States: 2-7 business days Canada: 2-7 business days Germany: 3-10 business days France: 3-10 business days Italy: 3-10 business days Spain: 3-10 business days A very small number of items are shipped from Asia: United States: 7-20 business days Canada: 7-20 business days Germany: 10-20 business days France: 10-20 business days Italy: 10-20 business days Spain: 10-20 business days Tracking: Shortly after your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the courier and tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment on the courier's website. Customs Duties and Taxes: Generally, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and Funto is not liable for any customs duties and taxes incurred during or after shipping. If customers are unable to pay or are unaware of customs fees in advance, resulting in canceled orders, refunds, or returns, Funto cannot provide support. Damage: All items shipped from Funto's warehouse undergo strict inspection to ensure they are in good condition before shipment. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during transit. Customers must file a claim with the courier to receive compensation for any damages incurred during shipping.

If you are not satisfied with our products and wish to return them, please contact us at support@funtoart.com anytime. We guarantee to process your request within two business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges. We recommend returning the item for a refund and repurchasing it once the refund has been processed. Return Requirements: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. If the return is not due to a product quality issue, the product and packaging must be intact, unused, and with no torn protective film. Returns without prior communication or cash on delivery will not be accepted. Return Process: If you have decided to return an item, please contact us at support@funtoart.com. In your email, provide your order number, product name, and reason for return. Please continue to include your order number in subsequent email communications. If the return is due to a product quality issue, please provide relevant pictures and descriptions. Once you have sent the email, Funto will respond within two business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) with instructions on how to return the item. After shipping the item for return, please send the tracking number to support@funtoart.com. Upon receipt of the returned item at the warehouse, Funto will process the refund back to your original payment method based on the communication in the email. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after the warehouse confirms receipt of the returned item. Return Address: Please do not return items directly to the shipping address, as the warehouse cannot process returns. For the specific return address, please contact us at support@funtoart.com and include your order number in the email. Refund: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For returns not due to product defects, only the cost of the item will be refunded, and shipping fees will not be refunded. Additionally, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the returned item received by the warehouse does not meet the return requirements, we will inform you via email and reject your return request. Order Cancellation: Orders are typically processed within 8 hours, and packages are shipped out within 24 hours. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at support@funtoart.com as soon as possible, and we will assist you in canceling the order. We will promptly request the warehouse to cancel processing your package, but we cannot guarantee 100% effectiveness. Due to processing delays at the warehouse, packages may still be shipped out.
